RULES FOR SALE OF GOODS IN THE ONLINE STORE:

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 The online store is owned by OÜ Arteemus (registration code 10016781), located at Liblika 4, Tabasalu, 76901, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
1.2 A legal entity or individual intending to place an Order for a product with the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
1.3 When ordering online, the Buyer confirms their agreement with these rules by clicking the "Buy" button at the final step of the online store order process. This confirmation means the Buyer agrees to purchase the product from the Seller under the terms and conditions specified in these rules.

2. PLACING AN ORDER
2.1 The Buyer fills out an electronic Order form for the product and sends the generated Order to the Seller via the Internet.
2.2 After receiving the order and payment, the Seller provides the Buyer with access to the video content posted on the AutoWebOffice CRM platform with the right to view it for 3 months;
All materials are protected by copyright, trademark law, and other intellectual property rights, as well as unfair competition laws. (Note: All video materials are protected by a QR code—downloading and distribution are prohibited.)

3. DELIVERY OF GOODS
3.1 Delivery is carried out by e-mail within 24 hours after receiving payment.
Important! If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder. The email contains an email link, and depending on your email server settings, it may end up in one folder or another.

4. RETURN OF PRODUCT
4.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. We guarantee a full refund in accordance with European regulations.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
5.1. In the event of any disagreement or dispute between the Parties to this Agreement, a mandatory condition before going to court is the filing of a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
5.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.
5.3. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute voluntarily, either Party has the right to seek protection of its rights in the Tallinn City Court.
